Founder Partner

Kamer had the experience of both serving her clients before the courts in various types of litigations as well as serving multinational companies on secondment in-house needs, which operate in various sectors. Thus, she gained the experience of tailor-made solution oriented legal approach for business with a strategic mindset, has developed legal solutions and approaches on sector-based needs. Having worked in several law firms and companies along the road, she founded OZCU Law Office and now fortifies it under JURLEGAL, with the other founder partner, Ms. Halavut Yıldırım, where business partnering excels.

Kamer’s litigation experience mainly focuses on Commercial & Corporate Law, Employment & Labor law, Civil Law, Settlement of Disputes, while on the other hand her general counselling experience in almost every branch of law brings her forward in supporting her corporate clients. Her expertise particularly focuses on General Corporate Counselling, Corporate Secretariats, Contracts and Governmental and other official communications.

She is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and speaks fluent English.
