Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Law Faculty, Burak has a vast knowledge and experience on Informatics, Electronic Communication and Intellectual Property Law. Sticking not only to the practice, but also to the theory of the law, he had the opportunity to give lectures on Electronic Communication and Information Technologies Law at the LLM program of Bilgi University, Informatics Law Institute.

Burak is a member of the Turkish Informatics Association and a Member of the Board of Directors of ISSA (International Security Systems Assocation), and also acts as a legal advisor and Secretary General at it.
